The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa, Dallas TX

Dallas Business Journal recently recognized The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa $50mil renovation as the best rehabilitation best real estate deals of the year winner. This historic hotel, located in Uptown, features 5,500 sq foot spa, laid with bamboo floors and seven massage rooms. The Stoneleigh was constructed in 1923. There were several renovations since. Today the hotel expanded to 171 rooms, features penthouse on the 12th floor and anchors 21-story residential tower that's about to go up on the site.
